Refund and Cancellation
HomeFor any purchases made on our marketplace, payments are directly processed to the supplier based on their payment terms. We act solely as a platform connecting buyers and suppliers. The services provided are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions, including refund policies, shipping, cancellations, payment terms, and liability. Buyers can compare products and request quotations. Acceptance of quotations and negotiations occur offline between the buyer and supplier.
Supplier Subscription Fees (SSF) are determined on a case-by-case basis. If applicable, figures will be communicated to you. We authorize Hey Trade and payment service providers to deduct service fees from transactions. Hey Trade reserves the right to revise service and payment fees with a 15-day notice. Suppliers must keep their contact information updated.
Subscription Fees for Procurement Management Solution:
Members pay subscription fees for using our procurement management solution features. Fees are outlined in the Enrolment Application and/or Additional Agreement. If usage exceeds capacity or requires additional fees, members will be billed accordingly.

Payment Options:
Members can pay fees monthly, yearly, or as specified in the agreement. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Providing credit card information authorizes us to charge fees when due. Accounts unpaid and unused may be deleted.
Invoices are immediately due and payable. Failure to pay within 15 days may result in suspension of platform access. Disputes regarding invoices must be addressed within 7 days.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription with a written 30 days' notice. No further fees will be charged following the notice period, and your account will be disabled and deleted upon full payment of fees.
Refunds are available if we fail to provide or remove material functionality from the platform as per the agreement. Requests must be made within 30 days, with a description of the missing functionality and its impact. If we cannot provide equivalent functionality within 30 days, you may cancel your subscription and receive a refund of prepaid and unused fees.
Late Payment:
Withholding or setting off amounts due is not permitted. Access to the platform may be suspended until all amounts are paid in full. Late payments will incur interest and collection costs until fully paid.
